The year is 2137 AD.

Due to rapid increase of global temperature, the Earth is now a barren wasteland.

As grazing animals slowly died out due to disappearance of grasslands, humanity's last source of dietary protein became giant, genetically engineered insects.

However, in an incident that remains unexplained, they escaped their vats and are now hunting humans for food. Faced with another threat, humanity's extinction is closer than ever.

In the last ditch effort to save the species, humanity turned to mysterious Bug Defence Corporation. BDC started deploying cyborg-soldiers with superhuman physical abilities.

So far, cyborg-soldiers manage to keep ze bugs under control, however every day is a struggle. You are one of those artificial beings and you have only a single objective...
